Terms & Conditions



To help you get the best out of The Health Hub and to understand our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to us, please read these terms and conditions. Please remember that if you sign up to any of our online facilities or groups, extra terms and conditions may apply.
The language we use should make these terms and conditions as clear as possible. If you have any questions, a member of our team at the Health Hub will be happy to help you.
These terms and conditions apply to all participants, clients and guests. They are necessary to make sure we can offer an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone. These terms and conditions apply at all times and take priority over anything a member of our team has told you.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is meant to limit any rights you might have as a consumer.


1. Liability
a) We do not accept liability for damage or loss to your property or a guest’s property that may happen on the premises or within the grounds of Chatham Town FC, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.

b) We do not accept liability for the injury or death of any member, child or guest that may happen on the premises or within the grounds of Chatham Town FC or the Health Hub, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.


3. Data protection

a) We will deal with all information we hold about you in line with our privacy policy which you can get from our website at thehealthhub.clubright.co.uk. If you want to know what information we hold about you, or you want us to correct any information we hold about you, the appropriate procedures are set out in our privacy policy.


4. Children

a) We welcome children to the Health Hub but they must behave reasonably. They must not put themselves or other people in danger or prevent other members from enjoying the club or its facilities. If your child is behaving unreasonably, we have the right to speak to you or the child about this. Your children at all times when inside the grounds of the Health Hub and Chatham Town FC. You must not bring your children into the Health Hub if they have an infectious illness or condition.


5. General health and safety
a) We do not allow animals (except for assistance dogs) inside the Health Hub Nutrition Club.

b) To protect the safety of all members and guests, you must pay particular attention to all signs relating to health and safety inside the Health Hub and around the stadium. If you do not understand a notice or sign please ask one of our team members at The Health Hub.

c) Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the facility. If there is a fire or if you hear the fire alarm, you should make your way out of the club through the nearest possible exit. 

d) If you suffer an accident or injury on our premises, you must report it and the circumstances under which it happened to a coach at the Health Hub.

e) For legal and health reasons, you must not smoke while using any of the club facilities.

f) While you are at the club, we expect you to behave appropriately, respectfully and politely, and dress appropriately at all times. We can prevent you from entering the club or ask you to leave if we think that your behaviour or appearance is not suitable.

g) You should not use the club if you have an infectious illness, virus or condition.

h) For your safety, when participating in an exercise class or fit club, you must wear appropriate footwear for the surface. (for example, sport trainers on the tarmac).


6. Car park

a) If you do not have a disabled badge you must not park in the spaces reserved for disabled badge holders.
You park in the car park at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your car, or personal belongings in it, while you are parked in our car park.


7. Personal belongings

a) You bring all personal belongings to the club at your own risk. We do not accept legal responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

b) If you find lost property, you must hand it into the club reception immediately. 


8. Gym and fitness facilities

a) Our aim is to make you feel better, and we try to make this as much fun as possible. We know that everyone has different aims, levels of skill, tolerance and fitness. Every moment you spend with one of our coaches is designed to focus on your needs. Our coaches will encourage and be vocal in a positive way, however you always work to your own intensity and are under no obligation to push yourself outside of what you are comfortable of. 

b) If you have concerns about your physical condition, you must not do strenuous physical activities without first getting medical advice. 

c) To make sure you get the most from every activity that you do at the club in the safest possible way, you should always make sure that you warm up properly and take time to cool down after your activity.

d) You should not take part in any physical activity that you may not be fit for. You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during physical activity.

e) You should tell a coach at the Health Hub about anything that is relevant to your physical condition. You should continue to keep this information up to date throughout your time as a participant or client.

f)You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition. If you suffer any unusual symptoms, you must immediately stop the activity and tell a member of staff at the Health Hub.


9. Bookings

a) You may book a class up to 14 days before it takes place. 

b) You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the class start time and it will not be held against your account. 

c) If you book a class and then fail to show up for it, you may be contacted by a member of staff at the Health Hub. If this occurs on more than two occasions, the Health Hub have the right to prevent you from booking on to further classes. 

d) You understand that class credits purchased on your account have an expiration date. The details of expiration are shown below:

- 1 credit is valid for 14 days

- 5 credits is valid for 40 days

-10 credits is valid for 90 days


10. Photographs and videos

a) You may take photographs and video recordings in your club for your own personal use provided that you keep to these rules and any extra rules displayed at your club.

b) You must not take photographs or videos of any children under 18 other than your own.

c) Anyone who appears in your photographs or videos must be aware that you are filming them and you must get their permission first.

d) If another member is unhappy that you are filming them and makes a complaint to us, we may ask you to show us any images which you have taken in the club and to delete them if appropriate.

e) If a member of our team asks you to stop filming or taking photographs you must do so.


11. Social Media:
The Health Hub may take photos or videos of participants engaging in club activities for social media and promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, then you must speak to a member of staff at the Health Hub. However, you understand that any photos taken as part of a large group may be unavoidable. 


12. COVID-19 Health Declaration

Before entering the Health Hub or the Chatham Town FC facility, I can confirm that:

- I do not have any COVID-19 symptoms

- I have not received a positive test in the last seven days

- I am now waiting on a Coronavirus test result

- No member of my household has COVID-19 symptoms or is waiting on a test result

- To the best of my knowledge, I have not been in close contact with anyone who is exhibiting Coronavirus symptoms or has tested positive.

I also agree to maintain social distancing and to keep myself, guests and Health Hub coaches safe by adhering to the safety advice and guidance given. I understand that on each subsequent visit to The Health Hub I am also making the above Health Declaration.
