Fit Club - Session 2

Our fit clubs involve a high intensity full body circuit to burn calories, improve cardiovascular endurance and increase muscle tone. This includes fitness equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, tyres, resistance bands, suspension straps, power bags and more. We combine this with body weight exercises such as HIIT to get you sweating! All abilities are welcome and the session takes place in a positive, friendly environment, with social distancing measures in place and in line with Covid-19 restrictions.
